In order to identify the root cause of numerous 'System.OutOfMemory' and other errors the website has been restored to an earlier version of the DotNetNuke (4.9.0) framework as well as an earlier state of the various add-in modules, like InteractiveWeb's DNN Editor. No customer data was lost in this process. It affects only the web page content. The version upgrade will be delayed until there is a plan to address the underlying issues.
